70年代晚期成軍的Pulp，寫下英式搖滾樂團最大器晚成的故事。整個80年代都被忽略，熬到90年代才因〈Common People〉搖滾國歌大紅大紫。紀錄片《關於Pulp的日常搖滾》以2012年底在家鄉的最後一場重聚公演為主軸，記錄了如夢境般的演唱會，也深情凝視了Sheffield這座城市，及安居其中形形色色的人們。。王路生家境贫寒，但心灵手巧、乐观开朗，与同院的张伟、李光和“小公主”罗萍一起下乡。张伟、李光在文革中被抄家，罗萍父母双双被害致死，后张伟、李光回城，患难中王与罗相爱。九十年代末，李光已发展为巨商，回国过春节，同学聚会中，罗萍没有参加，带着女儿来到下岗后到农村发展的丈夫王路生身边，一家三口渡过了难忘的春节，李光、张伟的真诚祝愿，更令王、罗夫妇感动。。Brilliant playwright, Lisa, no longer writes.
