编号174，是四度空间中负责掌管人类命运部门里头的职员之一。 

身处于三度空间的被管辖对象，也就是人类们，并不知道有四度空间力量的存在。174的日常工作，就是负责让他管辖范围内的人类，依照着上头所定义的人生剧本活着，只不过，他所负责的对象，都有一个共通点，就是 ~ 悲惨的活着。

四度空间中某些特定的人们，拥有能够自由来去两个世界的能力，像174，就是拥有特权可以随时穿梭于两个世界的个体，主要，也是因为他的工作的关系。

174大部份的同事们，每天都是专注于工作，且没有任何怀疑的。但174却不同，他常常会对这些悲惨的被管辖对象产生好奇，想要更了解他们的人生…所以，他偶而会拜访他所管辖对象，而且，也不忌讳在此时，让这些悲惨的人们，看到『他』的存在…

然而，当这次174现身，拜访倒楣逃犯阿德时，却发生了致命的错误！

当阿德从174那儿得知，自己的...。三田园薰（松冈昌宏 配音）虽然身为体格壮硕的男性，从事的却偏偏是女性雇员居多的家政行业。三田园薰身手矫健动作利落，精通各类洒扫技巧，更为不一般的是，他似乎更加擅长的，是找出雇主家庭中的黑暗面和弱点，对他们伤痕累累的心灵进行修复。 表面高傲不可一世内里却空虚岌岌可危的小津鲛洋一郎（板尾创路 饰）、荧幕前拥有着超高人气私底下生活却极为混乱的女主播木山舞、兢兢业业对自身工作有着极高要求的保姆春日井福子、看似幸福美满实际上却漏洞百出的新婚女子美津子，三田园薰利用巧妙的手段和高超的侦查能力，一步一步撕开他们的伪装，暴露出了最真实的人性。。JERUSALEM takes audiences on an inspiring and eye-opening tour of one of the worlds oldest and most enigmatic cities.
