In addition to that, all the relatives are surprised that the foster son of ...。剧中以居住在北京的三家人为主要发展：代表殷实中坚份子的姚思远一家、代表清流的曾文璞一家、代表腐败的牛思道一家。于此大时代动荡之际，三家人见证了中国人从封建到民主的过程，个人或被时代洪流吞没、或与时代俱进成就个人修为，当时移境迁，蓦然回首，方觉悟近四十年一场京华梦，不过浮云苍狗和过眼烟云，真正留驻心中的还是亘古不变的人间之爱。。这是一部由六名导演分别拍摄的六个小故事构成的影片。有关于鬼魂的故事，有一个尼泊尔人在韩国的种种遭遇，有介绍韩国女学生减肥的故事，那里说明了为什么韩国女人那么喜欢整容，因为这些跟她们的职业相连，还有介绍一个尿床的小孩，还有介绍一个残废的人，各种不同人物的生活，折射出了人生百态……。
