讲述了一个在灾难面前，众人呵护即将参加高考的山村女孩的故事。山西边远的一个小山村巫家坝，突然发生了山体滑坡灾害造成了十几户人家的伤亡。正在县里高中住校准备高考的林荒萍的家也遭了灾，她母亲被村民和军队从泥石流中救出时，恳求村主任巫永达，不能让林荒萍知道家里的不幸。。Five friends break into a closed corn maze in the middle of the night and decide to play a harmless game of tag. Little do they know that a psychopathic killer has decided to play along. As they wander aimlessly through the maze the murderer follows closely behind, taunting them and watching their every move.
