本片的故事其实从波斯湾战争结束才开始。四名美军因为从伊拉克战俘的屁眼中发现了一张萨达姆秘密碉堡的地图，决定偷偷到碉堡夺取一批抢夺自科威特的黄金，只要此举得手，退伍回国就可以高枕无忧。他们本来以为此行轻而易举，不料各种意外接踵而至。。在2017年10月7日的“Machi☆Asobi”漫展上，宣布将制作续篇。2018年12月22日在周年纪念活动“Prisma☆Klangfest ～kaleidoscope～”上宣布新作OVA制作决定。 OVA于2019年6月14日在剧场上映，标题为《Fate/kale id liner 魔法少女☆伊莉雅 Prisma☆Phantasm》（neta自Carnival Phantasm），共63分钟，为原作者广山弘监修的原创搞笑剧情。正式的BD/DVD于2019年11月27日发售。片尾以“To be continued…”及新画面的形式宣布续作决定。。Almost in breadth and depth of a documentary, this movie depicts an auto race during the 70s on the world's hardest endurance course: Le Mans in France.
