本剧讲述了日本屈指可数的大型医院“天堂纪念医院”的董事长儿子天堂海斗，因与父亲关系不和，没有成为医生，而是在出版社作为周刊杂志的记者。在求婚之前，他听说父亲被卷入了事件，于是就前往了天堂纪念医院。以此为契机，知道了父亲的本意的海斗，为了取回父亲构筑的重要之物，也为了保护所爱之人，决心与大型医院的权力作斗争…。The series focuses on the misadventures of Gumball Watterson, a blue 12-year-old cat, along with his adopted brother, Darwin, a goldfish. Together, they cause mischief among their family, as well as with the wide array of students at Elmore Junior High, where they attend middle school.。
